Leaning is not a one way channel it works both the ways. I personally always wanted to become a teacher ever since my kinder garden. As a part time job I am a life skill trainer and teacher in a school.

Excellent education is when one individual is capable of communicating with ease, able to understand a contest in their subject. A lot of students fail in life because of stage fear and being an introvert. Both these action are in turn based up on one's confidence and knowledge. Books only give knowledge but the ultimatum is to propagate and bringing the knowledge into action. My target is that every student must be able to read with ease and they should be able to explain the same concept to others. I will be spending 70% of the time in making the students talk rather than me talking. According to my experience when things are taught in class, students respond as they have understood the subject but there would be nothing on the paper. when I went back to check out what went wrong, I understood that students weren't able to read and pronounce certain words. Once they were taught to read they actually did well later. On an average 70% of the students struggle to come up in life as they aren't taught to read and communicate.
I would be student centric,concentrate and work for the conceptual understanding by students.
