I am a dance and yoga practitioner with experience of around five years in the field. I am trained in jazz, ballet, and contemporary dance techniques under several national and international teachers. I am also a certified yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance international. I have hands-on experience of teaching individuals from different age groups as per their needs and learning capacities. I focus on students' overall holistic development through my creative approaches towards practice and making it experiential for the body instead of achieving temporary goals.
