    Welcome to Phonemic Learning Center (PLC), PLC was established to provide remedial support for children with learning difficulties. PLC is specially designed for the welfare of child for those who are with Learning Disability and Slow Learners. The centre helps to continue work with children who struggle to learn in mainstream classrooms.

    We are not only focusing on disability but on their talents too. Here, first we understand the children’s interest, emotions, environment and their disability. Then we identify their intelligence and increase their strength. So that they get the love and affection from others. To succeed, we identify their error and begin the correction. Instead of taking the long lessons we use short, engaging introductions to excite students about learning. We are giving lots of practice: More than Twenty repetitions instead of two or three because it is important to remember in a busy day, sufficient repetition is the first thing to do.

    We at PLC, believe that every child is capable of learning. Interest may be a child’s first emotion. So our training is based on Learning styles (VAKT) which simply means visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile. Visual is learning by seeing (images and visualizations), Auditory learning through language (hearing or reading), Kinesthetic is learning through moving (doing), and Tactile is hands-on learning (touching). This makes learning easier & more interesting, so the child will listen better.
