Hey... i am very passionate about teaching... learning is most creative thing if done right way. Conceptual clarity and mental satisfaction has more significance in my teaching part rather than mugging. If given right guidance every individual has the potentiality to explore itself to the fullest. Being a teacher its my duty to first make student comfortable, interact freely, actually feel like to interact ask dount and start engaing taking interest the subjects.
