Hi, I am Mansi, a Research Scholar in the Department of Mathematics at IIT Roorkee. I am passionate about both learning and teaching mathematics, and my goal is simple: to help students feel confident, comfortable, and curious about math.

I have qualified several national-level examinations, including the IIT JAM (AIR 367), GATE (AIR 581), and CSIR-UGC NET (AIR 110). With this strong academic background, I guide students preparing for school exams, university courses, and competitive examinations.

For me, mathematics is not just about formulas and calculations. It is a way of thinking, reasoning, and understanding the world around us. I believe that every student can enjoy mathematics when concepts are explained clearly, patiently, and with real-life connections. Whether it is algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, linear algebra, real analysis, probability, or differential equations, I focus on making each topic simple, logical, and interesting.

I have nearly five years of online teaching experience, working with students from different countries, from age 12 and above to university-level learners. I have also worked as a Visiting Lecturer in Mathematics at a university, where I designed engaging lessons and interactive learning strategies. Earlier, I taught on Brainly, which helped me understand how students from different backgrounds learn and where they typically struggle.

My teaching style is patient, structured, and personalized. I conduct classes through Zoom and Google Meet, and I adapt each lesson according to the student’s pace, learning style, and academic goals. I currently mentor several students and help them not only solve problems but also build strong mathematical confidence.

I specialize in: AP Algebra 1 and 2, AP Geometry, AP Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, Calculus 1, 2, 3, Graphs and Functions, SAT Math, AMC, IB board math, CBSC board, IGSC board, Vector Algebra, Linear Algebra, Numerical Analysis, Real Analysis, Group Theory, Ring Theory, Probability Theory, and Differential Equations.

Along with teaching mathematics, I also support students and researchers in research methodology, thesis writing, academic writing, Microsoft Word, and LaTeX.

Outside of academics, I enjoy playing volleyball, practicing yoga, and roller skating. These activities keep me energetic, focused, and balanced, qualities I bring into my teaching as well.

For AP calculus

Great teacher for AP mathematics tutors

Mansi ma'am has been teaching AP Math to both of my kids, and we couldn't be happier. Her patience and way of explaining things make hard concepts so easy to understand. Since she is a research scholar at IIT, her knowledge is amazing, but she keeps the lessons very simple and clear for the kids. Highly recommend her!

Very good mathematics teacher

We were looking for a tutor who understands the IGCSE curriculum and doesn't just teach the standard Indian method, and Mansi has been perfect.
