I am M.Sc. Physics graduate and working as lecturer from last 3 years. I try to start according to the need and level of student and starts the course by building basics of respective subject. The method of teaching will be relevant as required by the student.
Exam after each chapters is there for better revision and understanding.
I do try to use different methods of teaching as per level of students understanding.
Improvement in students performance will be monitored timely.
I do try to go to the level of student to made them understand concept with maximum ease.
