I have been in this field for 8 years now and have worked with multiple neuro divergent students.
- Experience in Autism Spectrum Disorders/ ID/ Learning Disability/ Slow Learners.
- Very flexible when it comes to working with children
I would describe my methodology it as highly adaptable. I do not really prefer one teaching method, or one way of interacting with the students in the classroom environment. Because in my opinion, each class is different, so is each lesson, and a teacher should always adjust their teaching to their students. I simply prefer individual approach to teaching, and I alternate between being an authority, demonstrator, facilitator, and delegator.
I am very passionate about helping and teaching children to reach their potentials. I find that my work in helping children is an amazing experience and it is extremely satisfying knowing that I helped them to see their potential so much before they could even know they would be able to. It's a huge accomplishment to know that you made a difference in someone else's .
