I am a tutor who not only teaches the subject but also teach the basic things related to communication skills,personality development,teach good morals,apart from that conduct regular tests.i just don't teach the subject but check the standards of the students and go with his level..I do take classes in a very interactive mode..and ask different types questions related to the subject..i make many revisions once the lesson is done..finally take a responsibility of giving the child a good subject along with good results.i can confidently say am one of good teachers who can justify the students
