I am a Hindustani classical vocalist. I have been learning classical music for the last 10 years. I am currently learning from Pandit Vijay Koparkar (disciple of Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki and Pt. Vasantrao Deshpande). I am an accomplished performer. I specialize in raga music, Marathi Bhajan, and thumri. I can help students who are looking for voice training sing various forms of Indian music, such as classical, devotional, or film music. I can accompany Kathak dancers for performances and exams. I can fluently speak English, Hindi, and Marathi. I have considerable experience teaching students of various age groups ( from 7 years old to adults). I will be studying for a Masters in Musicology at Kings College London starting in September 2022. I can teach one-on-one or in a group (4-5 students.
