I am a practicing clinical psychologist and career counselor as well. I always used visuals, presentations on jam boards and other technology to enable my student to learn effectively. Weekly assessments, quizzes, Activities, discussions, topic relevant videos, field activities, Lecture reviews, assignments. One to one discussions. Attentively listening to my students concerns and their meangiful solution is my first priority. collaborations, adaptability, empathy and patience are the essential part of effective teaching. Engaging lessons and their connection to real-world learning is the best part of teaching methodology. Exchange of best practices and monthly student teacher collaborative meetings to achieve the goals. Planners and performance reports to check out progress of set goals. Class participation and question answer session at the end of each lesson is effective part of teaching and learning.
