Having 15 years of teaching experience with different kind of experience every year.
Established a positive relationship with students, parents and educators or facilitators.
Enthusiastic and lots of love towards naughty and talkative wards but observe them from a respectful distance.
Creating open loop conversation with students to kindle their thoughts and come out with varieties of ideas.
Will never evaluate the content but will monitor my educators and will adjust their teaching strategies if needed.
I am very much passionate in teaching since I consider it as my career but not a job
