    Teaching kids through my tuition center has been an enlightening journey filled with both challenges and rewards. Initially, it felt overwhelming to manage diverse age groups and learning capabilities, but over time, I discovered the importance of adaptability and patience in education. Each child comes with their unique set of strengths and struggles, and understanding that has been key to connecting with them effectively.

    One of the most fulfilling moments is seeing a child grasp a concept they previously struggled with. Their expressions of joy and confidence serve as a constant reminder of why I chose this path. On the flip side, managing the logistics of the center—like setting the fee structure, maintaining discipline, and attracting students—has taught me valuable lessons in leadership and organization.

    Through this experience, I've learned not only to teach but also to listen and empathize. It has given me a deeper appreciation for education's role in shaping young minds and inspired me to continuously grow as a mentor.
