Effective teaching is a skill, which is based on how the teacher reads the student's strengths/ weaknesses, and design the teaching approach following the comfort level of the student. Discovering the unuttered questions of the student is a very important skill of a teacher. Therefore, my teaching style is largely determined by the student's current status. I teach assuming the student may know nothing but s/he has the power to learn everything. My teaching objective is to make my student efficient enough as s/he can teach the same topic to someone else in his/her own style. I like a teacher to be a storyteller rather than a lecturer.
