The students I’ve already taught are really into the subjects since I started tutoring them online. I’ve noticed they love to compete with me and show off their strength. Maybe they think I respond to their questions and help them out when they need it, and I don’t give them crazy goals. They set their own targets with a bit of help from their parents and others.

I think the main thing is to be there for them when they need support, without bothering them with stuff they can’t handle.
Basically, I teach them in a way that helps them find their future career path. The most important thing is for them to connect with the subject. So I try to bring in real-life examples so they get how it all applies, and that way the info sticks in their minds longer.

The students I’ve taught have all found good jobs in life. I hope everyone I teach ends up doing well too.
