I have been practicing yoga from an early age and possess over 5 years of dedicated teaching experience. I have profound expertise in Power Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga, with a teaching style that is thoughtfully customized to suit the unique needs and capabilities of each student.
While rooted in the rich Himalayan yoga tradition, my approach also integrates scientific reasoning and practical, real-life examples to make yoga accessible and relevant to everyday life. My aim is to guide my students in unlocking their fullest potential in both mental and physical fitness.
My teaching specifically emphasizes developing body flexibility, cultivating awareness of every movement during asanas and pranayama practices, and gradually leading students towards deeper stages of the spiritual journey — including pratyahara (withdrawal of senses) and dharana (concentration).
Being fluent in English and Telugu, I am able to connect with a diverse range of students and create a supportive, inspiring learning environment.
