Brief Description About me:
I have been working in the research area of Bioinformatics and Genomics for more than a decade. I have an academic background in biology more precisely biochemistry, genomics, epigenetics and computational biology. I got an opportunity to work on several scientific projects and published in several reputed scientific journals.
Currently I am eager to use my skills in teaching computational biology.

For beginners in bioinformatics, I generally give classes in four sessions:
-> Demo class
-> Theoretical knowledge,
-> Hands on experience on computers
-> Examination and doubt clearing sessions.

For experts or dissertation students, I directly help them in completing their task either by training or by doing myself and sharing codes.

I provide basics to advanced knowledge of Linux/UNIX, SQL, R and Python commands to teach computational biology. I teach genomics and proteomics data analysis and provide study material. I will timely conduct assessment of students skills and resolve their queries.
I will be available for any questions at any feasible time.
I also help in assignment and homework related to Bioinformatics and Biology. While explaining the concepts I give real life and relatable examples so that students can grasp it better.
I also provide assistance for group classes and notes making.
