I would introduce myself as a sound professional with an experience of around 10 years into the corporate world dealing with corporate laws especially the Company law, and securities laws (SEBI) being a Company secretary by profession. I also posses sound knowledge of other allied laws. I can give the students a flavour of practical aspects of Industry so as to make it easy for them to understand the concepts in depth. I like to guide students not only in terms of theoratical understanding of the subject but also end to end concept clearing by also sharing practical examples which is my own way of learning and I assume the same as most effective way to learn anything.
