Hi myself hareni yoga instructor as yoga is my passion I came to this field to build a world free of diseases did masters in yoga from svyasa University Bangalore. I teach ashtanga yoga,hatha yoga and therapy yoga( for several ailments) along with pranayamas and relaxation techniques such as yoga nidra, nadanusandha etc...here my method will teach each and every asanas in easy and understandable according to persons capability as there were four stages in each and every asanas will help them to attain the levels for this we have several techniques which I include in teaching
