My principle is to make each lesson interesting and enjoyable by including games, quizzes, and interactive activities. I aim to create a comfortable and engaging learning environment, avoiding tense or boring situations. My tutoring approach is simple and practical—I explain concepts in a simplified way to ensure understanding, while always encouraging students with the motto: “Keep asking questions if you don’t understand.”

I believe students should study smart rather than just study hard. Making mistakes or not achieving a perfect score is completely fine, as mistakes are part of the learning process. What truly matters is that students learn from them and avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future.

Additionally, I strive to create a learning atmosphere where students feel they are working together in a peer group rather than being taught in a strict teacher-student setting. This helps to build strong rapport and trust between tutor and student.

I also value feedback from both students and parents, as it allows me to continuously improve as a tutor while supporting the student’s growth.

Lastly, I treat my students like younger brothers and sisters—their understanding is my top priority. Seeing them grasp and apply what I teach gives me the greatest satisfaction.
