Adept at building curriculum and tailoring lesson plan according to students strength and weaknesses to maximize the growth of the student. Will evaluate student performance, strength and weeknesses and provide recommendations and learning strategies to facilitate the growth. Incorporate a variety of footwork choreography to aid students in improving techniques, form, posture and stamina.
