I believe in collective growth and have a keen interest in teaching, as it not only helps me grow but also helps my fellow students grow. I believe in perfection and do my best to help my students excel in every subject that I teach. At times, I can be a bit strict regarding assignments and homework, but most of the time I believe it is better to stay actively involved with the class to reduce the student–teacher gap, while always maintaining a clear professional boundary. Above all, I believe it is very important for a student to remain motivated throughout their academic life, and a teacher plays a crucial role in this. Keeping this in mind, I take complete responsibility for ensuring that my students remain motivated and on track under my supervision.
