I am an astute teacher but I am also open minded. I believe the students also have something that they know so I apply Paolo Freire methodology where learning is an exchange and a dialogue not a one way training system

I am also willing to travel and to tour new places and learn new cultures because that helps in learning. Today's education is not about cramming figures and tables but about learning how to come up with solutions to identified challenges using the available knowledge and skills. This is my main point along with the need for students to embrace technology.
