Greetings of the day everyone.

With over 9 years of teaching experience in India and abroad, I currently offer professional online yoga instruction. I am passionate about sharing the profound spiritual and physical benefits of yoga through my classes.

I specialize in yoga for both young and elderly practitioners, focusing on alleviating a variety of health issues such as knee pain, back pain, sciatica, hunchback, asthma, breathing difficulties, thyroid conditions, improving strength and flexibility, weight management, stress relief, pregnancy support, PCOD, flat feet, and targeted fat reduction in areas including the back, chest, and thighs.

Additionally, I provide chair yoga tailored for seniors up to 75 years old and individuals undergoing medication, as well as yoga classes designed specifically for children aged 5 to 12 years.

I offer personalized individual sessions that provide dedicated attention to meet your unique needs, alongside group classes for those who prefer a collective environment.
