What I like most about Pranav is that he actually understands human anatomy, not just strength building exercises. So when he picks a movement for a specific muscle group, there’s solid reasoning behind it. That makes a big difference compared to when you just run through generic routines.
He’s also particular about diet, keeps me honest about getting enough protein from natural sources rather than just relying on supplements.
The sessions are fun but tough! He has a knack for pushing you right to your limit and then a little beyond, which keeps things interesting and effective. After 6+ months of training with him, I’m genuinely happy with how far I have come.

Pranav has helped me in so many ways throughout my fitness journey. What I love most is his deep knowledge of different training styles—calisthenics, animal flow, yoga, breathwork, you name it. He really gets what works best for you as an individual.

Enjoyable and engaging classes!
The biggest compliment i can give to Pranav is that the sessions with him were the events i looked forward to the most on each of the days we trained.

I am working with Pranav for nearly 1.5 years in an online format. He is an amazing coach and a caring person with attention to detail.
