I am a Sports Physiotherapist and Certified Yoga Instructor with a Master’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation. I specialize in Hatha Yoga and design yoga sessions according to each client’s medical condition, keeping proper precautions, indications, and contraindications in mind.
At our clinic, we combine physiotherapy and yoga therapy to provide a holistic and safe approach to treatment. Every patient first goes through a proper assessment, after which a personalized therapy plan is designed.
