With over 18 years of professional experience in software engineering and data management, I have handled large-scale datasets, performed data extraction, processing, and reporting, and created meaningful visualizations to support decision-making. My experience includes working in organizations that conducted large-scale admission and recruitment exams, where I supervised eligibility checks, managed candidate data, generated results, and produced summary reports for insights based on gender, region, and other criteria.

    In-charge of data processing and analysis section. Data is collected through online applications in SQL Server/ MySQL database and filtered out by me after download in Local SQL Server/ MySQL. Criteria and sql queries are applied for filtering out data of eligible and ineligible candidates. Result is processed by me after each assessment. Computer and paper (OMR) based test results are prepared. Data of test items and results is analyzed by me for quality checks. FInal results are submitted in MS Excel. Summary reports are generated in Excel and Crystal Reports.

    1. Head of Operation department, all the sections were reporting to me during my tenure
