I would characterize myself as ambitious, responsible and passionate. My teaching style can be best described as interactive,supportive and transparent. I do not really prefer one teaching method. I prefer individual approach to teaching. I always try to clearly define goals with each student.I come up with clear plan, including some milestones and test in order to evaluate the progress of students.I will provide regular feedback to support student's beliefs that they can do well. My main aim in teaching students is to develop independent young people capable of critical thinking and problem solving.
