I am Ayodele Ibrahim Olatunji, a highly accomplished Mathematics educator, academic mentor, and curriculum specialist with a strong record of excellence in teaching, research, and student outcomes across international examination systems.

I hold a First Class degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria (CGPA: 4.60/5.00) and a Distinction at the Master’s level in Mathematics from the University of Lagos (CGPA: 4.89/5.00). I am currently pursuing a PhD in Mathematics at the University of Lagos, Akoka. In addition, I possess a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and I am a certified Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics teacher.

I have an outstanding track record of excellent results in Cambridge IGCSE, Checkpoint, Edexcel IGCSE, and A/AS Level Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Further Mathematics and Science examinations, gained through years of experience teaching on both online and face-to-face platforms. I currently serve as the Head of the Science and Mathematics Department in my school and I am also a vibrant facilitator of 21st-century teaching skills for educators, combining theory with strong practical classroom experience.

My commitment to teaching excellence has been recognized through several awards, including:

I have also completed numerous PSGN professional development courses organized by the British Council, which have significantly enhanced my instructional strategies, assessment design, and learner engagement.

Currently, I tutor students internationally via Zoom, preparing them for Edexcel IGCSE, Cambridge IGCSE, A Level Mathematics, and Physics. Notably, two of my recent IGCSE students achieved Grade 9 (the highest possible grade) in Mathematics and Physics, while my Cambridge IGCSE Mathematics students consistently attain grades ranging from A* to B.

My teaching philosophy is rooted in student-centred learning, clarity, deep conceptual understanding, and reflective practice. I engage learners through structured explanations, real-world applications, and systematic problem-solving techniques designed to build confidence and long-term academic success.
