I combine a rich research experience with strong data analysis background handling bioinformatics datasets to teach theory on computational biology, algorithms and pattern recognition, data structures, programming on python and R statistical tool, Artificial intelligence and as well Machine learning. I am able to provide in-depth guidance and lead analysis of next-generation sequence (NGS) data to perform differential gene expression analysis as well as gene set enrichment analysis. I love to take into account the needs of my student as the most important action point, observe or respect individual opinions as well as orientation in diverse and multi-cultered environs.
