Welcome!! My name is Vanessa. I am originally from New Zealand, but have lived most of my life in the United States. (American accent) I have taught English on a national level (based out of Washington D.C.) for advanced youth, during graduate school where I was working on a double major in Mental Health Counseling, and Art Therapy. ( I was working/ volunteering in Africa, where I was setting up libraries/ learning centers, as well as teaching reading, writing, and speaking the English language.), I have taught online the last 5 years, have taught English in Costa Rica to students of all ages. The last 3 years I have also taught students of all ages in Vietnam. I have 190 C.H. Certification in TESOL. I still work with students of all ages and levels. I also have my Bachelor's in Fine Arts with a minor in Art History, and my associates in Civil Engineering. ( I love learning and expanding my mind.) With that in mind, we can focus together on what fits your needs the most. Whether it be conversational English, homework, pronunciation issues, or help with writing emails in English.
