I believe that at every point in life, you are either a teacher, a student, or both! I always try to be both. As a student, I enjoy having each child share his or her learning story and adventure with me, thus teaching me how to teach him or her! This way, I can easily discover various ways in which I can help bring out the best in him or her, and then the transformation begins!

As a teacher, I arm myself with appropriate skills and techniques, identify each student's learning preference and adapt accordingly. I have two words that I discourage my students from ever saying - "I can't". Teaching is the wonderful journey from "I can't", to "I'm not yet there, but I'm on my way", and onward to our final destination: "I can.... YES, I CAN!

My greatest reward has been watching the students' confidence soar as they solve problems, and get scores they never imagined they could get. Their childhood dreams of being doctors, lawyers, and presidents can still be achieved! Learning can be fun, and knowledge is power! I've had this opportunity several times in my journey as a teacher, and it is always, always worth all the effort!

    I provide comprehensive kindergarten and preschool education for toddlers and young children, preparing them for grade school
    I create and implement customized learning programs for grade school children to ensure their continued top performance in school, preparing them for secondary school, and GCE O Level examinations.
    I also carry out training and performance evaluations for (teaching assistant) members of the training team

    I was involved in developing and implementing educational programs, lesson plans, and activity scheduling for children to ensure continuous improvement in school performance.
    I offered top-class preschool and early learning services which involved teaching babies and young children basic literacy and numeracy skills, preparing them for conventional classroom education.
    I also regularly trained and evaluated members of the teaching team.
