Morgan Accounting, I currently lecturer Accounting subjec

I have worked extensively in Accounting /Administrative departments whilst I would tutor high school students privately in Accounting and Mathematics. Mathematics has been my favourite subject in school and I have scarcely ever failed a Mathematics examination, having done it successfully up to GCE 'A' Level in school. Having worked before going to university part-time, I therefore pursued Accounting as a major but always tutored Mathematics I my spare time. Although I liked being in industry my deep inner drive and gifting for learning and helping others to understand won me over into academia. So now I teach not simply as a theoretician but as a practitioner; this nexus of theory and practice makes for a great teacher. I employ methodologies such as modelling as I work out full practice questions/exercises step-by-step; using scenarios while making connection to the real work-world, making the subject relevant in lively and engaging learning sessions. I bring passion to my teaching which keeps students alert and my online college students never want to miss my class despite the fact that there are class recordings as a part of their resource material. I make every effort to know my students name and can, 90% of the time, associate their voices with names as they speak.
My personal goal is that none of my student must fail nor be left behind. At times, my current students would ask me if I teach the other courses in their programme, while some new students are told by my past students (unsolicited) to select my class for the courses I lecture. When students recommend their lecturers to others then that speaks loudly for the teacher being referred to as a "great" teacher, if at all there is such a thing as a great teacher. I would teach for hours without realizing that much time have elapsed.
