I chose Teaching French as my profession after serving Govt of India for 36 years. I am a passionate teacher. On the request of the Indian Institute of World Culture Bengaluru I conducted Basic French Courses and French conversation course for all. I visited France three times and I have quite a few Francophone friends. I prepare my course materials and tutorials. I have students in France and Germany. So far I had taught nearly 300 students. Due to official preoccupations, my MA ( French) was left incomplete in 1988. Many of my students cleared A2 and B1.

  • Special Speaker in Philosophy (Aug, 2015–May, 2020) at Indian Institute of World Culture Bengaluru
    I lectured every month on well known western philosophers. I also spoke on several dialogues of Plato in the premises of the institution and also online.
  • Course Director Basic French Coursr (May, 2015–Feb, 2019) at Indian Institute of World Culture Bengaluru
    I organised Basic French Courses for grand public.
    The duration was for 60 hours in 20 sessions. Also organised two French Conversation Courses duration being 10 hours. After the onset of pandemic, started teaching online. I prepare my own course materials and tutorials. Visited France on an official trip during my service as Additional Collector of Customs in Vizag. Subsequent also visited Paris twice. In touch with Francophone friends.
  • Course Director of Introductory Course in Western Philosophy (May, 2015–May, 2016) at Indian Institute of World Culture Bengaluru
    I organised a 52 weeks Course in Western Philosophy for the grand public. In all 25 participants attended the weekly sessions on every Saturday. I prepared and delivered 52 lectures covering Western Philosophy from pre Socratic period to Modern times.
