I am an enthusiastic individual with over five years experience in as a teaching assistant in the university and tutor for a reputable college in Ghana. I love teaching and I believe that's my purpose on earth.
I set defined goals with my students at the beginning of each lesson. the whole class will have a better understanding of its individual and collective accomplishments. I make learning more goal-oriented, make decisive statements about the day’s learning goals.
Moreover, I use the Inquiry-based learning and teaching method that prioritizes student questions, ideas and analyses. It promotes the importance of students’ role in the development of thought-provoking questions and ideas.
Finally, I also use an open-ended approach in which students work alone or collectively to produce an engaging, intricate curriculum-related questions or challenges. Encourage students to apply skills and knowledge they’ve developed in my classes, and allow students to take their own approaches to develop an answer and deliver a product.
