I am experienced and passionate ESL teacher with a proven track record of success in helping students improve their English language skills. With almost 4 years of experience teaching kids all over the world, I have the capabilities in teaching in diverse students. I am also a licensed professional teacher here in the Philippines and currently pursuing my master's degree specializing in early education.
I firmly believe that the early education serves as the critical years of a person as it molds the basic and most essential steps to understand the complex idea when a person grows up. I also give emphasis in the affective domain of a child to ensure he/she not only learns in the mind but also in good moral deeds as well.
Skilled in creating engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to students' individual learning needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with students of diverse backgrounds. Dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and inspires confidence. I do active learning, personalized instruction, and a combination of lecture and hands-on activities. It's important for teachers to be flexible and adaptable in their approach to meet the diverse needs of their students and I believed I have those.
