I have my own style in making students understand the required knowledge and skills as young
entrepreneur and successful service providers in the ever changing competitive environment.
My way of teaching as fresher, I told them everything I learnt, I experienced, later I felt that they
forget, After my second year I modified my teaching style to show them in simulation then I felt
that they remember but implementation of the concept was missing. Entering the cross culture
experience in the third year I got my teaching philosophy straight to involve my students and now I
find that my students are able to understand the concept knowledge and skills to implement in real
time competitive environment.
In a snap shot my teaching philosophy is “Tell them- they will forget, show them -they will
remember, involve them- they will understand”
