As a dedicated PhD scholar in Yoga and a certified Yoga Therapist, I offer a unique, holistic approach to education grounded in the profound connection between mind, body, and learning. With advanced degrees including a Master's in Yoga and a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga Therapy, alongside specialized certifications in prenatal, postnatal, and children's yoga, my entire professional practice is built on enhancing cognitive function and well-being through yogic principles.
