Aoa,I am certified Pakistani doctor but i have been teaching since my high school.I did internship of 6 months in GCE endorse school(after my GCE O'levels exam).later i taught biology and chemistry to O'levels &A'levels student(pvt tutions for funding my med school studies).Lastly,I taught in private medical college,pharmacology for more than 2 years.I have been through alot during my learning years, thus i took that as a challenge and don't want my students to suffer as I did both financially and socially.
I provoke sense of responsibilty in my students via encouraging them,motivating,guiding and channeling them,sharing my journey through out my learning years,maintaing equally important dynamic and importance of new teaching methadology.Thus this help them to learn difficult thing in an intresting and easy manner .I am totally against old conventinal teaching measures and under estimating one learning abilities.We all can learn,so enjoy that learning,stop worrying about results.My aim is to turn my students into indiviuals who feel confident about themselve.I dont want to over burden my learners so I really want to use the right strategies.
So in short try to be learners for life .There is no end to learning and one shouldn’t stop learning, whatever be the age and profession. lets start our journey togather:-)
