I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a adaptable and flexible to all challenging situations. I am able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
I have good communication and listening skills which makes me understanding to my learner(s) and help me treat them with patience.
Despite the methodology I use,I engage my learners to feel part of it as well as enhance their critical thinking and bring in application of the lesson/subject in real life.
After the learning session I give learner assignment to scale their understanding level which will enable me to know if their are difficulty areas which need some emphasis.
