I'm graduated from agricultural biotechnology with honors after college, i applied for volunteering at national research center in Egypt working in virus lab learning how to extract the Virus's RNA and how to run it at gel
electrophoresis and then how to analyze the data using bioinformatics tools then i applied for professional diploma in bioinformatics at Nile university learning bash and python and R languages and how to use them to analyze the biological data, and after that i had the chance to work as bioinformatician with biotechnology platform teaching phd and master students the basics of bioinformatics then i specialized in NGS analysis for two years until now, looking for a new opportunity to work with more experienced
