I am S. Bramanandasivam, a dedicated legal academician and practicing advocate with over Nine years of experience as a Guest Lecturer at the School of Excellence in Law, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, and thirteen years of professional practice at the High Court of Madras. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. at Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, specializing in Parenting and Mental Health Care in Children in Conflict with Law under the Indian Constitution.

My core teaching areas include Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Jurisprudence, Bharathiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), Bharathiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA),Contract Law, Family Law, and Private International Law. I have served as a question paper setter, external examiner, and course material developer, contributing to the academic framework of leading law institutions. Over the course of my career, I have delivered several special lectures and presented research papers at reputed national seminars on themes related to cyber forensics, sports integrity, marine pollution, sexual harassment, structural disasters, and human trafficking.

My teaching approach blends conceptual clarity, practical case law application, and contemporary legal developments, enabling students to understand law both theoretically and through real-world context. I am committed to creating an engaging academic environment that nurtures legal reasoning, research ability, and ethical professional development.

With strong communication skills, commitment to student success, and an evolving pedagogy suited for online learning platforms, I aim to mentor aspiring law students and help them gain a strong foundation in legal studies.
