My name is pallavi Vijay Bhaskar from Maharashtra and I have completed MSC in zoology,. As per my observance or my experience I will teach in the Hybrid style of teaching incorporates the student's preferences, diversity, backgrounds, personalities, and interests to address a topic of study. This is an effective teaching style as it meets the needs of all the students and encourages them to indulge in active discussions. I will improve there knowledge there way of understanding in what type they understand I ll use that way caz it's very important to understand them and I am Shure that they understand. Mixing with them keeping environment cool and Cher full it will definitely increased there way of understanding.
