I believe I am a competent who has a full understanding of learners with or without disabilities. I strongly advocate for education to all regardless of their conditions. My experience with both learners has made to develop teaching styles that accommodate every learner. Through this I have achieved good and tremendous results from results starting with a change of attitude from the learners. I am a a patient and approachable person with strong communication, discipline, professionalism and a true leader who believes in tomorrow. I encourage for all the teaching styles such as facilitator and hybrid to develop a whole human being who is self reliant in the society. Thank you.
