I'm a professional Languages (English and Kiswahili)and history teacher,ever willing and ready to assist students especially focusing on learner's individual differences, encouraging them and motivating them to work hard.I use various methods in teaching such as discussions, answering and asking of questions, assisting in assignments.I also love reading various books and therefore I use various books to get the best content that is suitable to the learners.I have taught various learners and helped them to improve their grades.Yes I BELIEVE THAT EVERY LEARNER CAN DO HIS OR HER BEST IT ONLY NEEDS A WILLING TEACHER TO IMPROVE HIS OR HER POTENTIAL.Learners need to be motivated they need to be taught how to manage time,they need to be shown the best methods to revise,every learner is important and has the potential.For me teaching is a Passion something I love to do,it's in my heart.It's a God given gift to have knowledge and therefore it's worth to share it with others.Teaching is a gift from God.It all takes extra efforts,time management, discipline to become a good student or learner.For me I encompass all that in my teaching aspects.Creating a conducive environment for each learner.
