I am a highly experienced teacher of the subject of mathematics and have been teaching mathematics for 19 years at the school and college level. I have taught IGCSE, AS and A level and am currently teaching DP mathematics. I have expertise in IA and EE guidance. I am an IB examiner. I took private sessions of AP Calculus as well. I like to teach the subject in an easy-to-understand way and take them from known to unknown content to make them confident in the subject. I am a calm, patient, and very approachable person who can make others comfortable easily. Many of my students got a perfect 7 in IBDP and A* in Cambridge boards. I have noticed that many students have weak basic concepts, such as incompetent algebraic calculations, which can be easily improved with the right tricks. Also, students lose many marks due to improper knowledge of the way of writing/expectation of a particular examination body; being an examiner, I have expertise in providing accurate training to students to write the response with the correct and needed steps.
