I am committed to nurturing the potential of each student by embodying qualities of patience, adaptability, and a holistic approach to education. I give importance to the teacher - student relationship because meaningful connections help us make meaningful changes. Therefore, as part of my duty as a teacher I believe it is important to understand the student's perception and capacity and meet a student where they are. This then helps me challenge them to reach their potential. We all make mistakes and it is a part of any learning curve, so I hold space for their curiosity and leave no space for hesitation. Clear and open communication is key to successful online teaching. I maintain regular contact with students and parents, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns promptly. I am always accessible for questions and discussions, ensuring that the student feels they are on the right track. I believe that learning anything, especially a new language, requires support and encouragement from an external source, and I make sure to provide that. My goal is to inspire confidence in what they learn and empower my students to excel academically and personally.
