I do online teaching but majorly physical.
I conduct Discussion withy the learner to determine the amount of knowledge known before deciding on the suitable method, I give out assignments and cats to determine whether the method is suitable for the learner.
I also mark them as a means of evaluation.
I do give my best and the results will depend on the learner's interest, attitude content mastery and the support given to the learner.
I love what I do, I am a committed person and I always keep time.
