    As an Administrative Officer in the Department of Resource Management, my primary responsibilities include managing office operations, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth departmental functioning. Key duties involve coordinating resource allocation, preparing reports, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting in budget tracking. I am as well responsible for ensuring compliance with organizational policies, liaising with other departments, and supporting the department head with day-to-day administrative tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • HR-Intern (Sep, 2018–Feb, 2019) at Namibia Red Cross
    As an HR Intern, my role included providing support to the Human Resources department in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
