Mabuhay! Hi I'm Ena Elaine Lensico, I am a licensed Civil Engineer and an enthusiastic educator. My passion and drive lie in helping students achieve their educational goals. Teaching has always been a deep-rooted love of mine, and even though I am already an engineer, I make it a priority to dedicate time to pursue this passion.

For me, building a strong relationship and establishing a genuine connection with my students is crucial. I believe that when students feel valued, understood, and supported, they are more motivated to learn and excel. By fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, I aim to create a space where students feel comfortable asking questions, sharing their ideas, and embracing their unique strengths.

I firmly believe that every student is different, with their own learning preferences, strengths, and challenges. As an educator, it is my responsibility to discover and adapt the most effective teaching style for each student. By tailoring my approach to their individual needs, I can help them unlock their full potential and achieve remarkable academic growth.
