Am professional teacher who studied education for 3 years full time and awarded a diploma in education certificate and on my competition year doing my Bachelors in education in National University of Lesotho (NUL).Am also part of teacher training program(CPD), whereby I train teachers about Jolly Phonics knowledge and its implementation in their classrooms, it's the synthetic approach designed to improve English literacy in lower grades as a result am accredited as professional trainer for that matter.I have teaching experience of more than 5 years both face to face and online and with these experiences I can assure my students a successful outcome in their preferences. I master engaging lessons with interactive materials and personalized learning through mastery learning and reflexive learning. In my class, student would expect interesting learning experience that is perfectly tailored to meet thier choice of learning with touch of gamified lessons to keep them motivated.
